Instagram just rolled out a brand-new video size: 5012 × 1080 pixels.
This is the latest format, and it only works if you export your video in MOV file format.
To make it simple for you, I’ve created a ready-to-use JPG template that you can import into your editing software.
How to Use It
- Download the template (button below).
- Import it into your editing software – Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve,Avid Media or any professional tool.
- Place your footage inside the frame.
- Export your final video as a QuickTime MOV file.
- Upload directly to Instagram.
