Instagram just rolled out a brand-new video size: 5012 × 1080 pixels.
This is the latest format, and it only works if you export your video in MOV file format.

To make it simple for you, I’ve created a ready-to-use JPG template that you can import into your editing software.

How to Use It

  1. Download the template (button below).
  2. Import it into your editing software – Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve,Avid Media or any professional tool.
  3. Place your footage inside the frame.
  4. Export your final video as a QuickTime MOV file.
  5. Upload directly to Instagram.
